The EASY way of Selling and Buying Unique Fashion. No more, no less. Finding what you are looking for and selling your Fashion products in an Easy way is our mantra! You wont find mugs or antique furniture next to great cable knit sweaters on Delusha. Just great handmade, unique fashion.

If you want to sell your unique, fantabulous, handmade fashion; we make it easy, fun and totally risk free. We don't ask for any 'listing fees' or upfront payments. When you make a sale, we make some money (only 4%; we too have to pay the bills).

Looking for that something special that no one else is wearing. Delusha is your destination for handmade fashion...

The reason we put EASY in all caps is to keep reminding us how Delusha should be. We don't sleep at night thinking of ways of how to make things easy for our sellers and buyers. Hey, if you are not getting much shut-eye, let us know how we can make things EASIER by submitting your ideas to our BLOG.

There are other sites where you can buy and sell stuff, but Delusha is very different, in that our goal is to make your life easier and put the fun back into buying and selling.

We have made it so easy that if even if you aren't that great at making things yourself, we let you design products with our great on-line design tool and sell them in your Delusha Store. What makes us better than the 'other' sites?

  • We don't charge for listing fees. Zilch, 0, nothing, nada! That means you don't pay anything out of pocket to start selling your products.
  • We don't ask for your credit card. As you never have to pay us, we don't need it. Simply put, we pay you (and deduct a little bit for us).
  • We are focused on Fashion. Your fashion items wont be mixed with mugs or coffee tables. Our target market is much more focused and thus bring the right kind of traffic to your boutique
  • Make more money with us! We only charge 4% net commission
  • No detailed shipping rates charts to fill out. Just two simple selling prices: One with shipping include to all European Countries; and the other for the rest of the World.

How does beeing a boutique owner work?

Things to keep in mind:

  • You never pay for products you design. There is never any out of pocket expenses you incur for products you design.
  • Your product prices must ALWAYS including Shipping. There are two prices you have to fill out when adding a product to your boutique. European Price (with shipping included to all European countries) and Rest of World Price (with shipping included to the rest of world).
    • For example. You are going to sell a great pair of super funky earrings. You think a great price for them is 18€. You estimate that shipping them to most European countries will cost an additional 2€. Your final selling price should be 20€.
  • We take care of all the 'not so fun stuff' like hosting, technical problems, payment processing, etc.

We want you to focus on designing and making all your great fashion items, and telling people about your boutique!

Just go to http://www.delusha.com/stores/open to open your boutique.

Once you have finished personalizing your boutique, add items to your store. Once you have finished adding items to your boutique, you can 'publish it' so that it will go live and people all over the world can see your creations!

Remember, if you don’t 'publish' your store, nobody will be able to see it. You can always go back to your boutique and make changes to how it looks, add / delete products and update your personal information.

How do I sell my products on Delusha?

Open your boutique in less than 10 seconds! It is FREE and easy as 1, 2, 3.

  1. Open your boutique (if you can type fast, it may take less than 10 seconds)
  2. Fill in your boutique info (tell everybody as much or little about you as you like)
  3. Upload your items (an easy one page format)

If you make your own handmade fashion accessories and want to sell your creations to a potential market of the WORLD, we are going to make it as easy as possible for you to do so.

What products can I sell in my boutique on Delusha?

We are trying to make things as simple as possible. If your product is related to Fashion and is handmade; we are the place for you. OK, if 'related to fashion' is not clear enough for you, if the product you want to list in your boutique can not be found in one of the below categories, it probably should not be included in your boutique:

  • Jewellery
  • Footwear
  • Clothing
  • Bags, purses, wallets, clutches, you get the idea
  • Belts
  • Eye wear
  • Gloves
  • Shawls, wraps, scarves, pashimna’s
  • Hair accessories
  • Umbrellas (yes, they can be super funky!)
  • Hats
  • Watches

If you have any doubts if your product is handmade, it probably shouldn't be listed. We trust our boutique owner's to obey our simple rules; but if we have to, we reserve the right to de-list items that we feel break the rules.

Who is allowed to open a boutique and sell products on Delusha?

Delusha is about individual, unique, handmade fashion accessories. If you are a designer, artist, craftsperson, or even if you run your own small business, you are more than welcome to sell your items on Delusha. The only hitch, you have to be 18 or older.

Why don\'t I see an item 'live' that I just added?

Before an item goes live, the Delusha team has to make sure the products fits in our criteria (Fashion related, suitable image, etc.)

How do I get the profits I earn from my store sales?

We want to make this as easy as possible for you to start making real money profit quickly. As we offer our and your customers a no questions asked 100% money back guarantee for 14 days after receiving orders, this process takes about 30 days in total (shipping time+14 days no questions guarantee). We do not release funds to store owners until 30 days after a sale has been made, to make sure that the complete cycle has been closed and the final customer is completely satisfied.

So the first 5 days of each month, we calculate what you have sold in the last 30 days (minus your returns) and credit your account for that amount minus our part (4%).

You can see how much profit you have in your account on the 'Statistics' tab in your store owners account area. You will only be able to make withdrawals from your account when your profits exceed $25.00.

If you live in the European Union, we can make payment via Bank Cheque, Bank Transfer and PayPal. For the rest of the world, we can make payment via offering Bank Cheque, Bank Transfer and PayPal. We will be adding new methods of payments very soon.

What are the maximum number of items I can place in my store?

Presently we are offering all Basic (free) store owners the possibility of having up to a maximum of 50 articles in their stores. Shortly we will be giving users the ability to create and sell an unlimited number of creations through our Premium Store Accounts. We will be offering many more features with the Premium Store Account (customized colors, higher margin limits per article, etc.)

What is the maximum profit I can make with my store?

The sky is the limit. The more you share your store with your friends and family, the more you will sell!
Shortly we will be giving users the ability to increase the number of items you can sell in your boutique with our Premium Boutiques. We will be offering many more features with the Premium Boutiques (customized colors, higher products per store limits, etc.)

Why can't I see my shop online or share it with my friends?

You most probably have not 'published' your site. Make sure you follow the steps to publish your site. You will find the Publish link within your store management area. Once you publish your store, you will have your very own 'url' (website address).

What is your return/exchange policy?

At Delusha.com your satisfaction is our number one priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you have 14 days to return it for a full refund of the cost of the product.

Who is responsible for the return shipping costs?

Delusha.com will cover the shipping costs in cases where:

  1. Items have arrived in damaged condition
  2. Confirmed to be faulty by a Delusha.com representative
  3. You have received a product that is not what you have ordered.

For all other cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Delusha.com will not be responsible for return shipping costs if the customer returns the product without an RMA number or written authorization from a delusha.com representative.

How do I return a product?

1. Contact us via email ( returns@delusha.com ) to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please remember that you must make this request within 14 days of receiving your order.

2. In your email Subject please include 'RMA Request' and your order number. Please be sure to include the reason for your return in the body of your message.

What are the delivery costs and shipping rates?

Delivery Costs and shipping rates are included in the cost of your product.

Where do you ship to?

We ship to 165 countries. We ship to both residential and work address. Please note that we are not able to deliver to Post Office Boxes, apart from the following countries: Bahrain, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates.

What taxes do I have to pay?

If you live in the EU zone, the VAT will be calculated automatically and be reflected in your order summary.
Orders for delivery outside of the European Union may be subject to import duties and taxes. Fees charged depend on the country of delivery and must be paid upon receipt of your package. At this point in time we are currently unable to predict whether or not you will be charged a fee or what that fee might be. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

How can I pay?

How long does it take to get products I order?

The boutique owners are required to ship the product that you have purchased within 48 hours of getting notification of the purchase. The delivery time depends on where you live and where the boutique owner lives. In our experience shipping should take no longer than 10 days to most destinations.

How many days does shipping take?

This depends on where the product is being sent and where it is being sent from. Below you find some estimates:
Europe to Europe: 2-5 days
Europe to North America (and vice versa): 5-10 days

What is your privacy policy

Security of your personal information is paramount to us. We are committed to making the internet a safe place to shop. Our system takes great efforts to keep your information confidential and secure at all times. All of the personal information you share with us is private and confidential and will not be shared with any third party. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to outside parties.

What information do we collect?

Registration:
Name, Mailing address and Email address
Ordering using a credit card we will also require the following:
Billing Address, Shipping Address, Telephone Number, Credit Card Number and Expiry date.
We need this information to complete your transaction and notify you of your order status.

How do we protect your personal information?

When you place orders or access your account information, we use a secure server. The secure server software (SSL) encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us. Your Delusha account information is password-protected for your privacy and security.

How secure is it to use my credit/debit card with your online payment system?

Very. The information you provide during the payment process is GeoTrust encrypted and is not made available to any outside entities. All transactions occur in a secure site area using 'Secure Sockets Layer' (SSL) software from Geo Trust to process orders. SSL encrypts the information you input on the site ensuring that no third parties can intercept, read, or use the data. After making a purchase you will quickly receive confirmation by email containing details of the amount of your payment and order.
